    • Goods – Any products offered for sale by Petro Mechanics South Africa.

 

    • Orders – A formal request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.

 

2. Order Cancellation Rights You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period ends 7 days after the day you receive the goods, or when a third party (not the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return:

    • Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

    • Custom-made or personalised goods.

 

    • Goods that by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are past their expiry date.

 

    • Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

 

    • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method. Refunds cannot be processed without receiving the goods or valid proof of delivery.

 

5. Gifts If goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned goods are received, we will issue and mail a gift certificate to you.

If goods were not marked as a gift or were sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
